Manufacturing Facility Information
Manufactured in a dedicated allergen-free facility: free of peanuts. Facility also manufactures products that may contain gluten, milk, soy and tree nuts (almonds and hazelnuts).
Made in Switzerland. Country of origin: Ecuador. Gluten tests to below 5 ppm (ideal for celiacs and those with gluten intolerance/sensitivity). Swab tests before production, on raw materials, and also at beginning, middle and end of production run, and on finished product. Goods are not released without negative results from all gluten tests. There is a HACCP plan in place for extensive cleaning procedures.
