It is also incredibly versatile and can be used to make bagels, cinnamon raisin bread, dinner rolls, focaccia, hamburger and hotdog buns, Irish soda bread, matzo, stuffing and more!
Our Gluten, Corn & Dairy Free Bread Mix is made with a mix of bean and chia flours which are a good source of protein, fiber, iron, and other beneficial vitamins and minerals.
