It’s perfect for people intolerant or sensitive to gluten, diabetics, and those on candida diets. Responding to customer requests, this is now an ENTIRELY SWEETENER FREE mix. (Of course, for those of you who don’t need to worry about it, just add your sweetener of choice to the mix). This is our all-purpose self-rising flour blend, perfect for a variety of breads such as pita chips, coconut custard pie, dinner rolls, hamburger and hotdog buns, herbed olive bread, pancakes, waffles, wrap and flatbread, cinnamon raisin bread, and other great delights!
Our Gluten & Yeast Free Bread Mix is made with a mix of bean and chia flours which are a good source of protein, fiber, iron, and other beneficial vitamins and minerals.
