Made in the USA. Gluten tests to less than 10 ppm (ideal for celiacs and those with gluten intolerance/sensitivity). HACCP, scheduling and general manufacturing practices are followed to limit exposure to potential cross contamination. Full allergen cleaning is done after any allergen-containing production. Finished products are tested for gluten and line validations are done to verify the removal of other allergens.
