One package will make two 9" crusts, which also freeze very well. Our pie crust is great for sweet or savory dishes such as quiche, pot pies, or even cookies. This pie crust is perfectly flaky, holds together and will fool even the fussiest pie experts. It is easy to mix and can be pressed in or rolled out.
Our Pie Crust Mix is made with a mix of bean and chia flours which are a good source of protein, fiber, iron, and other beneficial vitamins and minerals.
