Bob's Red Mill Sweet White Rice Flour is milled from a special variety of high-starch, short-grain rice, often known as "sticky rice," that has exceptional binding qualities. It is an excellent ingredient for baking gluten-free muffins, breads, pastires and cakes. It is also a superb thickener for soups, sauces and gravies.

Facility also manufactures products that contain corn, potato, rice, soy, tree nuts and yeast.
Made in the USA. Gluten testing to less than 20 ppm (ideal for celiacs and those with gluten intolerance/sensitivity) based on ELISA R5 test. They clean on and around the equipment with high pressure air between products. They also discard the first 20-25 lbs of a new product on the line prior to packaging it to limit exposure to possible cross contamination.
